GEM was originally founded by Mike Green, the company's Managing Director, we began operating from offices on Clifton Park, just off Shipton Road, in a beautiful Grade ll Listed building.
GEM still trade from these offices today, and although there have been many changes over the past 14 years; the ethos of the company still remains very much the same.
We believe in providing a first class service which is unrivalled and second to none. Our dedicated team are the best in the business and are committed to ensuring the customer always receives 100% quality, commitment and service throughout all of our schemes regardless of size or stature.
Our office based team comprise of dedicated directors, project managers, quantity surveyors, accounting and admin staff. All of which are qualified to the highest of standards and are able to assist with any enquiry that comes our way.
GEM currently employ several of the best trades men in our local area, including 6 apprentices in.
Our team of highly qualified and dedicated site personnel are all CSCS registered, possessing the relevant CSCS card associated with their trade as well as holding current First Aid, Fire Safety Awareness and Asbestos Awareness qualifications.
Our offices operate Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm.
