Planning for this scheme was granted in March 2011 and phase 1 of this exciting construction project is due to commence in early August of this year.

Description of Works
Joint venture by 2 private individuals.
Scheme was negotiated and GEM were pleased to undertake this high end conversion of Grade ll listed barns and outbuildings into 2 high end luxury barn conversion and 1 part conversion, part new build cottage.

Working for a private client, GEM were selected to undertake to works for this scheme.
Conversion of derelict buildings to form two traditional cottage dwellings.

• Timber treatments and repairs and damp proofing
• Full internal and external decorations

• New manufactured joinery throughout
