Scheme – The Former Purey Cust Nursing Home, York

Description:

In January this year, a locally based syndicate group, YORK YO1 Property LLP, acquired The Former Purey Cust building and site which is situated in one of Yorks most prestigious and sought after locations.

Planning for this scheme was granted in March 2011 and phase 1 of this exciting construction project is due to commence in early August of this year.

SCHEME – Clifton Park Chapel, Shipton Road, York

Works Completed – 2010

Description of works:

Conversion of existing 19th Century Chapel into a HTM compliant Private Medical practice.

Works included within the scheme:

· Construction of stud partitions to form individual treatment and consultation rooms

· Re-roofing of the existing slate roof

· Installation of ground to first floor lift and associated works

· Full mechanical and electrical works to meet HTM regulations

SCHEME – The Biltmore Bar & Grill, 29 Swinegate, York

Description of works:

Conversion of the former Elim Pentecostal Church into a fashionable and stylish bar and restaurant within city centre location.

Works included within the scheme:

· Installation of chrome, glass and onyx back lit bar, dining booths

· Mezzanine floor with second bar
