We have total control over construction, design and procurement, a factor that we believe is essential to maintaining programme performance.

GEM has worked for Thomas the Baker for over 5 years, providing them with all aspects of shopfitting, maintenance and landlord dilapidation services.
Thomas the Baker shops can be found in many of North Yorkshires towns and cities such as York, Harrogate and Ripon.
Further to undertaking over a hundred condition surveys on behalf of Boots Plc, we have been nominated to undertake maintenance, Landlord dilapidations and upgrading works to a number of Boots dispensaries and stores throughout the UK.
