GEM Construction & Shopfitting Ltd was established in 1997 in response to an increasing demand for a high quality, responsive and professional construction company working within the region. In fulfilling this need GEM has seen its’ business thrive and expand, enabling it to serve not only those in North Yorkshire but also its clients nationwide.

Driving the company forward is a committed, highly qualified and competent Management Team with a wealth of experience of working in the industry. The Managing Director himself has over two decades of experience. Initially a bricklayer he rose though the ranks to become a well regarded, qualified quantity surveyor and project manager- skills, which have proved invaluable to customers and clients alike.
