Flakebridge Estate Phase 2
Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 delivered a significant expansion to the existing accommodation, increasing overall capacity from 24 to 34 guest sleeps.

GEM recently completed the conversion on Eden Valley Farm Barns to Flakebridge Estate. Previously stone and slate barns, cattle byres and dairy into a stone hospitality centre and holiday lodges.

Goodramgate
GEM renovated this 1780s Grade II listed building, formerly used as a historical warehouse and residential property. Converting two flats into three by utilising the unused loft space.
Liquor Store
Liquor Store is the the former Terry’s Chocolate Factory Liquor Store. The listed building had a full restoration over its 3 floors, creating 3 individual spaces for a restaurant, dentist and office space.
Connaught Gardens
