Goodramgate
GEM renovated this 1780s Grade II listed building, formerly used as a historical warehouse and residential property. Converting two flats into three by utilising the unused loft space.
Scope of works involved the renovation and reconfiguration of two existing apartments while creating a new third flat in the previously unused loft space. We have been working closely with ArkleBoyce Architects to produce pointing samples for the conservation officer. A full structural survey complete with timber treatment remediation undertaken.
Implementation of a new breathable felt to the roof structure also took place.
