Careful design has ensured that the unique period features of the buildings have been incorporated into the modern, 21st century design of the new homes and the iconic frontage of the building has been repaired and enhanced by Lanstone Conservation, GEM’s specialist stonemasonry division.
The scheme has won the Yorkshire Residential Development Award.
