Alice Hawthorn
Gem Construction undertook the renovation and extension works at The Alice Hawthorn Inn. The works involved the renovation of the original Grade II listed buildings as well as new timber framed outbuildings.
Flakebridge Estate Phase 2
Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 delivered a significant expansion to the existing accommodation, increasing overall capacity from 24 to 34 guest sleeps.

GEM recently completed the conversion on Eden Valley Farm Barns to Flakebridge Estate. Previously stone and slate barns, cattle byres and dairy into a stone hospitality centre and holiday lodges.
