Residential scheme of nine new build town houses

This project involved the redevelopment of a former scrapyard site to deliver a contemporary residential scheme of nine new build town houses.

The development comprises six four-bedroom properties and three three-bedroom homes, each arranged over three storeys and designed with a modern architectural approach. The houses feature a contemporary external appearance, including a distinctive clad upper floor and private roof terraces.

Significant infrastructure works were undertaken as part of the scheme, including the construction of new road access and associated services to support the development.

The properties incorporate high-quality masonry detailing throughout, including bespoke IG lintels, recessed soldier courses, and carefully formed brick pillar features. Wet cast stone sills and heads have been used to enhance the architectural finish and provide strong visual definition across the façades.

Internally, the homes have been designed to provide modern open-plan kitchen and dining areas with generous ceiling heights, creating bright and spacious living environments. Each property also benefits from private parking and landscaped gardens.
