GEM recently completed the conversion on Eden Valley Farm Barns to Flakebridge Estate. Previously stone and slate barns, cattle byres and dairy into a stone hospitality centre and holiday lodges.
Facilities in the hospitality centre include: a drawing room, bar, breakfast room, shooting/gun room and a commercial kitchen. The adjacent bar houses a wine cellar and billiards room.
The seven stone cottages of phase one sleeps 24 people and have been converted from the former farm buildings and all include a kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Phase two will include increasing the number of sleeps to 34.
