Work has commenced on site in Ulleskelf for 25 3, 4 and 5 bed new build houses to be rolled out over the next few years, with the first house set to be ready in Q2 2024.

Over the first few month’s GEM has completed the cone penetration testing and demolished the derelict farmhouse and barns.

Phase 1 rigid inclusions have been complete. The pulling and pouring of strip footings has begun, closely followed by the footing blocks. With block and beam instillation well underway.
