On April 6th 2023, His Majesty King Charles III and Queen Camilla officially opened York Minster Refectory, the new brassiere style restaurant opposite York’s iconic cathedral York Minster.

GEM completed the works ready for his arrival, where the Royal couple toured the restaurant and its grounds, wtih King Charles III unveiling a plaque celebrating the visit and the opening.
