This project involved the extensive renovation and modernisation of an existing residential property in York, including the construction of four single- and double-storey extensions.
The works delivered a highly contemporary design with a bespoke interior fit-out and polished concrete flooring, creating a clean, modern living space.
Sustainability and performance were key considerations, with the installation of an air source heat pump, Accoya cladding, and high-quality windows and doors. A striking cantilevered curtain wall glazing system was incorporated to maximise natural light and enhance the architectural impact of the build.
